Join us for a Wine and Cheese 101 Virtual Tasting. In this segment, Master Winemaker Dave Collins will be joined by special guest Perry Soulos of Euro USA. Perry was the grand prize winner of the Inaugural Cheese Monger Invitational in 2014, and he has created the perfect cheese pairings to discuss with three of our wines:
- 2018 Chardonnay with Mt. Tam Triple Cream Organic Cheese
- 2017 Black Label Merlot with MontAmore Parmesan Inspired Cheese
- 2017 Petit Verdot with Widmer 6-Year Aged Cheddar.
All of these delicious cheeses and wines are available for sale in our Tasting Room. You can also order our wine online. This event will be available via Zoom at 7:30 pm.
