Patio tables and inside seating are only available for groups of 6 or less, including children of all ages. Groups of 7 to 17, including children, are welcome to bring their own chairs, tables, and pop-up tents to enjoy our open lawn space. Groups of 18+ must rent event space. Taste the different wine components of Big Cork’s Meritage and create your own blend.

Winemaker Dave Collins will discuss techniques and strategies for crafting the classic Bordeaux blends. Taste Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Malbec and with the guidance of the winemaker, create your own custom blend that will be bottled and available for pickup two weeks after the event. A gourmet lunch will be served while you sip, swirl, and create the perfect blend.
