An opportunity for Maryland MINIs.Club members to experience one of the Mid-Atlantic’s finest wineries, a private
educational tour/tasting and a scenic drive through the gorgeous countryside of the Blue Ridge foothills.
This document lays out the tasks required to design, promote and execute a flawless first-of-its-kind event at Big Cork
Vineyards. The following page delineates the workflow for each of us and lays the groundwork for future events in
conjunction with Mark DeFries and Big Cork’s leadership team.
10 am – 90 minute rally for drivers in the surrounding area
11:30 am- arrival to Big Cork
Noon – Tours/Tasting for Members; Cars available for viewing by winery guests
Until 3pm – Opportunity for guests/members to enjoy food, drink on the patios or near their vehicles
By 3 to 4pm – Event conclude.
