At Big Cork Vineyards, our wines exude the grandeur of their origins and the aspirations of their namesake. They sparkle in flavor and presentation. All grapes are hand-harvested, hand-sorted and chilled overnight before processing. No expense has been spared to ensure our wines capture the soul and stature of our grapes and our winemaker. White Wines – Dry

Chardonnay

  • Notes of crisp Anjou apples, vanilla and a hint of melon
  • Stainless steel and French oak barrel fermentation blends citrus flavors with a buttery tone
  • Pair with roast chicken or hearty seafood

Viognier

  • A very full-bodied, well structured wine with aromas of orange blossom and honeysuckle and flavors reminiscent of honeydew melon

 Sauvignon Blanc

  • A unique blend, including the highly aromatic Musque clone
  • Fragrances of candied pineapple, followed by a palate of sumptuous stone fruit

 

White Wines – Semi-Dry

Russian Kiss

  • Russian varietals, blended with Muscat Canelli, form a mouth-watering embrace
  • Fall in love with its strong floral notes and impressions of tangy kiwi and pineapple

Syrah Rose

  • Fermented without the dark skins of the Syrah grape to create a light pink wine
  • Crisp and vibrant with aromas of summer strawberries and red raspberries

Traminette

  • Semi-dry white made from the Traminette grape, a relative of the famous German Gewurztraminer grape

  • Made from Vidal grapes harvested in October, allowing the grapes to ripen to very high sugar levels
