Exploring Ice Wine
Our very popular wine education series returns in 2019. Our winemaker Dave Collins will lead this fun and informative program.
January’s event will explore Ice Wines and other dessert-style wines; in February, the very popular Meritage: The Art of the Blend returns; and our final session in March, a comparative barrel tasting of six wines, sampled directly from barrels.
Each session is $60 per person; wine club members pay $50 per person. There are two times available per session, noon-2:00 pm or 3:00-5:00 pm. Space is limited to 30 people per session.
Join winemaker David Collins as he kicks off our Winter Wine Education Series in an exploration of Ice Wines and other dessert-style wines. The entire, secretive process of Ice Winemaking will be fully disclosed. Food pairings of cheese and chocolate will accompany this sweet event.
