We currently have a robust Grab-and-Go Food Market with many yummy options, including fresh-baked breads, hand-selected local, domestic and international specialty cheeses, charcuterie and gourmet spreads.
We like to keep things fresh in other ways as well.
That’s why we’re always bringing new food experiences to our guests. We strive to appeal to a wide range of tastes. From food trucks to catered wine paring dinners, our goal is to satisfy not only your appetite for great food, but food that delights your palate.

We think every day deserves to be Earth Day!
Big Cork feels a great responsibility to be good stewards of the earth in both farming and operational practices. (We don’t bite the hand that feeds us!) We lessen our carbon footprint by using 100% natural serveware that is biodegradable, as it’s made from 97% bamboo fiber and 3% peach gum. We recycle all plastics, glass and cork, using green chemicals inside our facility and letting nature take its course in the vineyard.
